if you need to remove strings that you just put on and dont want to waste them - put a capo on the first fret, loosen the strings just a little more than enough to remove the bridge pins and take the strings out from the ball end leaving them wound in the tuners still. after you dig around in there ...

I don't have any climate control but when my guitar was new I took much better care of it. Now that it's been through the wringer and sounds better than every I realized it doesn't need babied.

Do you smoke pot? haha, I'd say let it go, I ding my guitar about once a day trying to set it on the floor with a pipe and a slushey in my hand at the same time.

I hate recording :lol:, I like to make record of songs in time, and I enjoy multitracking and stuff, but as soon as I hit record I become more of a perfectionist than I am or even want to be, and am never satisfied.

Haven't performed out in a while, been working on writing standup comedy, but my friend is hosting an open mic tonight so im gonna go. Thinking dire wolf, 3 originals, and all the world is green by tom waits if theres time.

Not really no. Yeah, I swear, an old luthier said popsicle stick haha. At least its on the back and not the top. I'm not noticing anything strange or different with the sound. I just dont want the crack to keep cracking. At first there was just a wave/line in the varnish but it was smooth, a few day...

Guitar got knocked off a table, small crack on the back. it crosses over a brace so for now its held in place and still flush, the crack in the varnish is longer than the actual crack in the inside of the guitar. Think im gonna glue a paint stick over it to keep it from growing.

Thank you, I'm a song and dance man, yeah. Recording this made me realize I need to start practicing more again though, I have been focusing more on writing stand up comedy lately.
