Re: excercise and diet

You Can't Out-Excercise a Bad Diet Both are equally important. Personally I find exercise more important for mental health, and diet more important for physical health. I am pescetarian (no meat of any kind besides fish), and I avoid heavy dairy (no milk, cream, or cheese) but I eat dairy ingredient...

Re: excercise and diet

Exercise has saved my mother's life! She has parkinson's disease. As soon as she found out (10 years ago) she started an almost daily exercise regime. Now, 10 years later, she still has her balance, her strength, and her mind. Its a miracle!!! Her friends who don't exercise have all seen much steepe...

Re: Wendy’s and dynamic pricing

Thanks to that move (which may h...

My diet now is seafood, fruit, bread, nuts and veggies.
That's my diet too. Add beans and lots of green leafys. I like grains too.

Re: Wendy’s and dynamic pricing

My kids are 16 and 13. They grew up never tasting fast food until one time my neighbor took them to McD's at ages 10 and 13. They threw up when they got home, had diarrhea for two days, and stomach aches for the week. About 6 month after that they tried KFC. Same result. The idea of fast food grosse...

Re: Sphere 400 level Review

Being a deadhead since 89 and living in NYC from 96 - 06 (all those great ABB shows every spring!), I also felt totally free to spark up at concerts. Guess I got carried away... standing in the GA crowd for Weir Trio at Hammerstein Ballroom I was puffing on my large glass bubbler the only time I eve...

Costa Rica - ZipLine?

Anyone been?
Anyone done it?
How’s the landings? I’ve had some back surgeries, but I’ve also been going to the gym and building up my core muscles to protect my spine. I think I can probably do this but I’m curious.

OMG
I don't know what to type. I'm in shock.

LOVE AND LIGHT to Big John - chilling with Jerry at last. Wow, I really felt a connection with him for so many years.

This one stopped me in my tracks. ((((((((Big John))))))))
My best to his family.

Thank you for the heads up. Hippie Bill is such a nice guy. I wish him all the best. Twice I’ve had the chance to look him in the eyes and both times I knew we were on the same exact plane. Something very comforting.
