Caught a good Jackie & Anders show last night.
Great little theater.
Jonathan Sloane opened with a solo set.
Jackie & Anders sat in on his last song, Let The Good Times Roll.
They also had him sit in on their whole set.
He played some really nice leads.

Yes, the Greenwich Odeum Rhode Island show was fun.
I was however a bit surprised/disappointed that they played for under 90 minutes. I was not able to catch the Jonathan Sloan opening set because we were finishing up dinner.
However, Anders + Jackie's main set was under 90 minutes and was $50 a ticket....

Jonathan Sloan certainly can play and his playing added a bunch to many of the songs. However I found it interesting that Jackie did not take a single guitar solo, certainly had some nice solos on the piano - but nothing on the guitar.
Was glad that Anders called an audible and played Back To Mississippi - love that tune.
Again, fun night enjoyed myself, but was certainly expecting at least 2 hours of music from them.

The Hartford setlist was very similar to Rhose Island. Slight differences — Anders played a song I think was called Last of the Keys. Jackie - Light Up Your Window

Encore was Bertha with all trading guitar solos.

End of opening set was Trying to Get to Heaven (Dylan) and Lawyers, Guns and Money (Warren Zevon)
