The outpouring of love and affection for this kid from this community is boundless. But all totaled up, it's not even a fraction of what her dad feels. Hope you had a happy fathers day, cross-eyed.

Your daughter is so beautiful! All the love from .org and positive energy is so powerful and emotionally moving. Amazing, watching Avery grow from a tiny preemie into a young child of bright smiles and love. Continued strength, healing and love from all of us.

Thank you so much. The planned changed a bit last week and we transferred back to Hopkins so we could wean off one med and try another. So far, so good and Avery is being discharged and coming home tomorrow, 7/1!!!

Update coming tomorrow. Woohoo!

Avery made it home safe and sound and is really taking off at home. She is starting to walk independently now. Something we've been trying to rehab for 3 months now. Our little girl is making a comeback!
