I logged in last night and showed my wife this thread. It was our first night back from the hospital and this made her night. Thank you so much everyone. Avery is having a good couple days in NICU so far. I'll give updates from time to time.

I know how hard it is to come home and have to leave your baby at the hospital~ I'm sending extra love and strength out to you guys. And still sending plenty of healthy healing love to Avery too!

My thoughts and love brother. As a father of three I can appreciate what a child does to your soul. My wife works at the childrens hospital here in Buffalo and spends a lot of time in the NICU. Find peace in the fact that everyone caring for little Avery puts every thing they have into seeing she will go home happy and healthy.

I'm praying for your little girl. In 2005 my brother, cousin and good friend all had preemies...they did great! I can't say I know what you are going through but I saw what they went through and have been to a few NICUs I agree with the others the nurses are amazing.
