With an incredibly heavy heart, I share the news that my cherished Avery has left us, passing away peacefully on Thursday, April 6th.

Unfortunately, her brain injury, subsequent complications, and long-term prognosis proved to be too overwhelming. She was held in our arms as she took her last breath and was as comfortable as she's ever been.

I'm so sorry to share this news. It's been an incredible 6+ years and the support this community showed us since day one of her life will never be forgotten. Thank you.

Hi Gang,

I've been a member of this board for like five or six years and have never needed vibes before, until now. My wife gave birth to our daughter, Avery, early at 26 weeks, this past Sunday. She's a darling preemie, but everything is so day to day. She will spend the next two months, at least, in NICU. I have been instantly humbled by this experience. Vibes, prayers, positive thoughts will all help out this little girl in some way that is bigger than anything I can explain. Much love to all.
