That’s a bummer. Hopefully they get some more attendance at the spring shows

Re: Jazz is Dead- 25th Anniversary
Went to a bunch of these shows back when they started and the crowds were always small.
That’s why I loved it so much.

Re: Jazz is Dead- 25th Anniversary
So I did PHX last night . The Wake set had some moments and had a largely acoustic vibe to it ... but aside from the
Stella was largely uneventful until the Eyes which had that old school jam that's kinda like stronger than dirt. The second set was MUCH livelier. They did a China Cat that was faster than the cocaine fueled 80s versions, and a rfeally smokin' Cumberland. Much heavier tonal palette overall. The Wake set came in at close to 2 hrs. The 2nd set was MUCH shorter.... honestly I wish it would have been the other way around. All in all i

Wow, the crowd looks really small in that first facebook video. I was looking at the cost of the tickets for the NYC show and they are expensive.

Re: Jazz is Dead- 25th Anniversary
I paid $50 for the NYC show I think, didn't think that was too expensive. The Zero show I was at seemed like a low turn out to, sad for the quality of music being put out. Kimock in Bridgeport last year had a pretty good size crowd but the talking was some of the worst I ever experienced.
I'm waiting for the NYC show until I look back at setlists here, I know Wake will be somewhere.
