Their boat is named Deadicated. What a time to catch the fish of a lifetime. During the Mid Atlantic Marlin tournament.

This guy is the CEO of his company. Asplundh. Family business. They do a lot of tree work in NEPA. I've seen stealies on some of their trucks. Explains the 72 foot yacht. #-o

not the same topic, but reminded me about a documentary I caught about these guys cheating multiple times, winning a bunch of tournaments, where everyone expected they were cheating, but they finally got caught red handed with the tourney chairpeople found weights in the first place fish. They were lucky they'd didnt' get killed. A great watch

Asplundh tree company does a lot of tree work in my town too. I live in Warwick NY. Right across the river from Pike County, PA. I’m glad too see that they did so well in the tournament. They just seemed like cool guys on the video. And they check the fish carefully I’m sure. The Mid Atlantic is the biggest Deep Sea fishing tournamrnt on the East Coast.

Looked up that Company. 36,000 employees, still run by the family after 95 years. Kinda cool story.

I’ve been trying to catch a bill fish for 20 years. When I go to the beach I like to go out on the ocean deep sea fishing. Not much for lying on the beach. The biggest fish I’ve caught was an 80 lb Goliath Grouper in Key West. I caught it on 10 lb test line. Took me 45 minutes to get it to the side of the boat. They had to release it from the side of the boat because they are an endangered species.
