In the craziness of the presale and waiting I just made a move. I thought there may have been a serious issue and didn't want to miss out. Got front row loge. Platinum price . Sucks I paid almost double the regular price but oh well. I probably could sell it somehow but I've never been in the Loge at The Cap. The floor will be packed and I don't enjoy being crammed together.

Neil hasn't played the Cap in 5 years. I saw him the last time with POTR and it was a great show. This is with members of that band but it's a quartet. Crazy Horse style. Can't wait!

I'm forgoing a hotel room which would set me back even more and driving home.

Also took that plunge. Nice thing about the location is that there is one less direction for the chompers to kill the vibe - plus not having to worry about a Walton in front of ya.

For his Crazy Horse tour earlier it was relatively reasonable.

This time, with this lineup, is a different story. These are small theatre shows in the NYC area.

His prices for intimate shows have been high for a while. And, his fan base is devoted. I’m not saying he should not lower it, but I don’t know what’s it’s like to be a guy like him and deal with Ticketmaster and venues.

Even Wednesday night the price range was listed either $150 or $180-300 or $350. They go on sale and the back corner is $235 and about $300 for the back center. I know how it goes, just saying...

I would of paid that for a decent seat, I don't know how that works though. I was looking at official NYA pre sale tix to, not marked up 'demand' or resale tix. Rear and side balcony is more desirable then floor? Almost $100 more desirable for the back of the balcony then a floor ticket? Not like it was gonna hurt the wallet either, I just don't want to feed it.

Not angry at Neil just some observations here. It's like another one of those 'can't talk about this' things, either pay the price or shut up and don't mention it. Can't wait for his Archives box to get here... wait a minute, that's why tix are so high. He's not selling enough $450 deluxe Archives 3 box sets that he's trying to push hardcore now
