Mule Years Eve Dec 28, 30 & 31 NYC & CT
Mule Years Eve Dec 28, 30 & 31 NYC & CT
.
This year’s Gov’t Mule New Year’s Run will be extra-special as it will be
“A Celebration of 30 Years of Gov’t Mule.”
The three-night stand will kick off Saturday, December 28th
at College Music Hall in New Haven, CT and then return to
the friendly confines of The Beacon Theater in New York City,
for back-to-back nights Monday, December 30th and Tuesday, December 31st.
These special year-end shows will mark the first GM headlining shows
since February’s “30 Years Strong Tour” and continue the celebrations
for this major milestone as we honor the band’s past, present and future.
“It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years.
It’s also hard to believe we’ve been celebrating New Year’s together for over 20 years.
These are always such special shows for us. I’m looking forward to being with the band
revisiting some of the stuff we haven’t played in a long, long time and, of course,
being with our incredible fans.”
- Warren Haynes
VIP packages which include reserved seating, access to soundcheck,
limited edition signed poster, and more go on-sale this Wednesday September 18th at 12p EDT
Public On-Sale Friday September 20 @ 12p EDT

It's too bad the Tower is just sitting empty and
not being used.
Mule always played the Tower on the New Years run
in years past.

30 Years of Mule!
Geez Louise, Where does the time go?
Haven't had a Mule Dose in a long time, I'm ready, How's about you?
Snagged a New Haven ticket, place looks really small, Think it's only like 2000 peeps.
Anyone going to or ever go to College Street Music Hall? Buck?
Looking forward to another New Haven run:
One For Woody Benefit – 09/21/2000 – New York, NY
RIP

College Street Music Hall used to be the Palace Theater.
I saw John Lee Hooker there in 1990.
Closed and reopened under the new name.
Caught the Mule there in 2016.

Mule Years Eve is a reliably good time. Do it if you can!

College Street is awesome. Small venue. Downstairs is all GA with a shallow floor and 3 tiered levels behind it. Balcony is all seats of course. Bars upstairs and down. Rest rooms are down another level. Multi level parking garage directly across the street. Many bars and restaurants on that street. And don't forget the pizza. Modern, Sally's and Frank and Pepe.
