I think you don't.
You're telling people how they think now?
the guy started two threads...seems to me he's trying to justify having a guy fired for throwing road kill on his car.

not like my 2 cents matters but, I don't condone people putting dead animals on other people's cars. God only knows what kind of diseases or parasites it had.

On the other hand I think we are missing a huge piece of the story here. A sane person doesn't put roadkill on another person's car for no reason.

you have to nip this thing in the bud while you can. Today it's a squirrel, tomorrow it could be a hippopatomus.

Or a Pikachu
Let it be known: there is a fountain, that was not made by the hands of men.
There is a road, no simple highway, between the dawn and the dark of night.
And if you go, no one may follow; that path is for your steps alone.

Maybe the joke was made, to make light of you taking yourself a little too serious...... IDK, just going out on a limb here :shrug

If there was damage I can totally understand being upset. But getting the dude fired for that is pretty trite IMO.

Maybe but think of it from HR's standpoint. You have a person here who picked up a dead animal. Put it in his vehicle, drove to work and for whatever reason decided to place that dead animal on another employee's personal property. You want that weird fuck working for you?? I wouldn't be suprised if the EXACT same thing happened where i work and we have kept people for doing some pretty stupid stuff .... ie sleeping under their desk George Castanza style.

Or, co-worker is walking to his car, parked next to OP's, looks over and sees said squirrel dead in road 10 steps away and thinks "It'd be hilarious to see how this tightly wound dude reacts."
