NBA Basketball fans

Post by KEZHEAD » Wed May 26, 2021 8:51 pm

It’s that time of year again
(No bubble this time)
I’m from Philly
The 76ers with an outstanding 120-95 win over the Wizards take a 2-0 lead in the series
I was at the parade in 1983 the last time they won the championship
My friends and I walked all the way from city hall down Broad St to JFK to celebrate that magical win of the Lakers

Well that didn't go the way I wanted it to last night
That's ok.....bring it back to Philly in front of a packed Wells Fargo Center and close this series OUT!!!

Embiid is out for tonight's game
Let's hope the team can pull it together and win without him

A very strong win for the 76ers tonight to close out the series against the Wizards 129-112
It’s still unclear about Joel Embiid’s injury
The team has a few days to rest now
We’ll see who our opponent is in a few days

OMG!
What a collapse by the 76ers offense in the 4th quarter
Up by 28 in the first half and playing great
Maybe it’s just me.... but I swear they were fouling Ben Simmons just to put him on the free throw line knowing he’s 32% from the line in the 2nd half
Joel Imbiid played amazing all things considered
Now we’ve got to win two games in a row to move onto the conference finals

Tough one to take Kezhead, but as an outsider with no allegiance to either team, just glad it got to 7 game winner take all. If they could've got some offense out of Simmons the Sixers probably would've prevailed. But they had him locked down pretty good.

I am very glad the egocentric "superstars" are out and can watch some games without all their bullshit. Yeah, I'm talking about the Nets, as well as LeBlowhard James. Just good to see regular teams/players doing well. Still, nothing even close to the NBA I grew up watching. Almost to the point of unwatchable..this is not just my opinion, but many, many people I know who were big hoop fans have totally rejected the NBA game of today and it's all self important mega/multi millionaire players.

I agree Rich
Today's NBA is nothing like it was in the 80's or 90's

Well that worked out well. Harden to Philly. after all NOT that, durant/irving/harden play a total of like 16 games together. too many headcases to make a real team.

What do you think of having JH with the '76ers?

^Thanks Dude’s^

The 76ers took care of business and defeated the Raptors 112-97 to go up two games in this series :clap
Matisse Thybulle will not be traveling with the team to Toronto because he’s not fully vaccinated
This one baffles me :doh
He got his first dose and somehow forgot to get his next shot
What are you dude….. a dumbass
One would think the Sixers organization would have made sure he got his second dose
Go Sixers!!
