Went to this show with my brother and best friend. The Cap Ballroom was just a renovated warehouse, very basic, no frills. It was basically a long box with a stage at one end. Maybe held about 400 people. This was my 4th RD show I think, the others being Furthur Fests. From Good Homes opened the show and were pretty tight, but they were more a "boppy, poppy, feel-good, love is in the air" kind of band.

From what I remember and in listening to a recording recently, this was a pretty awesome show. Of course, this was when RD was more a bluesy band with mostly Bob solo material. It was all very, very good.

But definitely the highlight had to be the "Touch" encore. This was the first time a lot of folks in the room heard Bob do a Jerry tune and in this slot it was pretty magical.
