This was at least my fourth Ratdog show, my first of 2003, and by far the best I have ever seen Bob Weir and Ratdog, if not one of the best I've ever seen Weir including Grateful Dead and Other Ones shows. Weir was seriously on fire. His eyes were piercing and intense, and he controlled the room with his gestures. They segued between virtually every song without stopping. I loved how they saved the coda of Bird Song and Cassidy until the end of 2nd set... very creative. I was impressed with Weir's depth and intensity; he was full of passion and sorrow. The old Jerry songs came across especially heavy, including Bird Song, Loser, and He's Gone. This was also the best I've ever heard Bobby sing Knockin' on Heaven's Door. Very powerful.
