Great show! So many awesome tunes starting with Shakedown Street. They even broke out the acustics with a great Dark Hallow. All I can say is Thank You.. for a real good time!

This is probably sacrilege to say, but I'll take Steve Kimock on guitar over Mark Karan any day. I thought Ratdog sounded great and it was in large part, I think, due to the interplay between Steve and Bobby.

Been a year and a half since I saw bobby and I was ready.A great crowd and not to full which is always a hassle cause I'm 57 and can't really stand for 3 hrs easily.Oh well when shakedown st started up it was all worth it.great bird song and ashes and glass Bobby's voice was so clear on lucky enough.Great show, saw the dead first time in 1970 in Berkely before going over to the foreign land.A long strange trip indeed...peace Chip

Always nice to go to a peaceful laid back show- what a great version of Shakedown and Loose Lucy- really enjoyed Bobbys version of Senor- (Jerry would be happy) lots of great sax as well as Jeff on the Keys- hes a player no doubt- hated that my tired "bones" had to leave before the encore- Black Muddy River- one of my favorites- Thanks Bobby and te rest of the gang for keeping the love going.
Oh yeah- my girls first time seeing any sort of the dead family- she loved it- I think shes a keeper.

Phenomenal - how Weir keeps doing it...the guy is a sub-Buddha - thanks, hombres. I need the CDs after the show to hear what the heck happened, what with the raucous behavior of the audience...you'd think the stage was on the floor and they were the performers. You'd think they'd have learned to behave over the decades, to be a proper and respectful & self-respecting morass...but seriously, really, the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach was a cauldron of tobacco smoke, really noxious, the most addictive drug on the planet and it does no damn good - it only does harm. I understand the Dead laissez-faire, but we're talking poison gas. Shows there at the HOB by Bruce Hornsby and Wllie Nelson were both NO SMOKING, and most venues, especially in those no-smoking regions like CA and MA and elsewhere don't allow no cigarettes nohow. The Carolinas are tobacco growing country (Carolina Gold), and too many good souls are hooked. Jerry enjoyed cigarettes...me too for 30 years - it takes some of us a while to learn. So...do the non-smokers and smokers a favor next time y'all come back...and YA'ALL COME BACK! - it'll be even better. I've been a loyal fan since 1970, and It all just seems to get better, somehow. Thanks again.

Well all I can say is WHAT A NIGHT! As Bobby might say- "More Fun Than A Frog In A Glass of Milk". I agree the smoke was horrendous- (HOB take note!) but Masters of War thumped and Lucky Enough was what we all were waitin' for. The sandwiched jazz like Bird Song was very cool and very super.... then the Steve and Bobby "floor-down"- Fantastic... and Furthur!

I have never seen Kimock jel so well with Bobby in my life. The guitar solos throughout the night brought smiles to my face - and to Bobby's face too. I was completely suprised and blown away. Much props to KARAN, but good grief, that Kimock shit was on a whole different level. He really felt the music and the chords just flowed out of his body. What a terrific display of musicianship. Keep him around even after Mark Comes back!!!! Please!!!
