What a night to remember! Thanks to the promoters of the Avett Brothers who offered a VIP experience! Loved having a leisurely dinner and a Blue Moon beverage before the evening. It was a "treat" to be in the front row to see some fine musicianship! Ratdog was in fine form and Steve Kimock really is an exceptional guitar player! Bobby seemed in good spirits and happy to return to Red Rocks. I do however miss Kenny Brooks and that jazzy sound that only a saxophone can bring to the table. "I Need a Miracle" , "She Belongs to Me" and "She Says" were highlights! A memorable part of the evening was when The Avett Brothers joined Ratdog!

The Avett Brothers remind me of old school "Dead" like in the early 70's with the addition of the lady with the fiddle! Love that band! The Avett Brothers are really a "class act" and a great collaboration between two brothers, wonderful musicians and the best of rockin' bluegrass instruments. My favorite part of the show was when Bobby joined the Avett Brothers in "Little Sadie" and "Uncle John's Band". Would love to see Ratdog and the Avett Brothers play together again!

The music was so enjoyable that I wished I could have seen the Avett Brothers all three nights up at the Rocks!
Thank you to Ratdog for coming back to Colorado and sharing the music!
