Im not doing well psychologically at all. Spent 6 weeks trying to get into therapy to be told to go to a walk in. Haven't slept properly in 5 days. Hopefully I wake up early enough tomorrow to make it to the clinic. Went to the bar and had two beers tonight, I don't regret it. Couldn't find food afterwards but oh well. Relationship with my Mom and Dad is about as bad as its ever been and I don't see it getting better anytime soon.

Thanks folks. 2 weeks today, I think.
