New show Landman with Billy Bob Thornton.

I was watching my favorite Xmas movie of all time last night, Bad Santa, when my Firestick recommended this new show Landman. Landman had me pissing my pants for 5 episodes. Great writing. Half my family lives in Texas and we own land in the Permian basin so it kind of hit home for me. The show very realistically portrays the modern day petrochemical industry in Texas and how electric cars and windmills are not going to solve the environmental problems caused by big oil. Check this show out.

you know, I gave this show a try, watched the first three episodes and eh, it is ok, I get the novelty of seeing how it is in the basin of Texas, but I expected more from Taylor Sheridan, who did a great job with Yellowstone, also love Billy Bob Thornton, but the writing to me lacked, and I don't need more context on the pants pissing LOL
